Available options

These are a selection of the available options that we can work to or around. A quote of works can be produced for a custom piece of work, or if unsure we can work to these sort of models and adapt as and when. A contract will be be written up for each job, to confirm that scope of works for the benefit of all.

Hourly

Hourly shoots that are within London are based on a 20-30 minute chat on what style you are looking for; for the first hour, and the rest of the hour shooting. If unable to meet the photographer at a preferred location, travel costs (TFL daily rate) will be added if outside Zone 1-2. If outside location based again, it will be shot with a DSLR or Mirrorless and Speedlite or Profoto flash, with softbox (if carrying on public transport is possible). If based in a studio, professional lighting and more, will be used.

We will take a maximum of 10 shots of varying styles per hour, and you can choose your favourite 3 shots (per hour of shoot) from small resolution watermarked copies over email, for processing in full high resolution and sending back to you. If using a Studio package you can choose there and then. Example, a 2 hour Location shoot would produce 6 shots

All bookings require a 50% deposit, with a written and signed contract for proof of purchase and deposit taken sent to you prior to the shoot. Refundable based on a sliding scale listed in terms at the base of this post, within the context of a cancellation (% based on how much notice given) or a no-show (not returned)

FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in UK, in Hampshire and London and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love the experience of shooting your memories for you.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

For a personal shoot this is based on a sliding scale per hour. An hours shoot will produce 5 shots for you to pick from a Low Res version and 3 to keep in High Res format. This adds in scale per hour booked (3/5 for an hour, 6/10 for two hours, 9/15 for three hours and more).

For a commercial shoot, this is based on a negotiated contract inclusive of a Usage Licence based on standard AOP (Association of Photographers) and Getty pricing guides, and a per hour/half day/daily rate, defined in a preliminary quote provided during discussions.

Do you photograph weddings?

At this stage I am afraid I am unable to offer a wedding package. But please feel free to contact me for a pre-wedding shoot, or specific event such as evening meals, parties and more.

What steps are involved with booking/paying?

It is understood for a personal photoshoot for a talent shoot or personal use, some may be unsure of the steps involved. Please find the following as a guide;

1) Contact me, and we'll discuss what you wish for.
2) We'll swap more real time contact details, such as mobile number etc, to confirm sooner.
3) We'll arrange a date and location to meet, and types of work/any additional materiel needed (access to a location/recce etc)
4) I will produce a quote for the works, and the figure for a 50% deposit (refundable in the event of a cancellation with the timescales and terms of point 4 in the T+Cs below).
5) The deposit must be paid before the commencement of works.
6) We meet and shoot.
6a) If the event goes ahead, fine.
6b) if there is the need to cancel, please see the timescale terms below again.
7) We'll discuss what shots you would like to be processed, either on the day (if in a studio) or after over email/whatsapp etc.
8) after a period of time dependent on my current timescales (which I will quote at the time) I shall send the full High Res images in either JPG/PNG/TIFF

NOTE: If you are concerned about payment types. Cash payment is not accepted for Studio bookings, or shoots over 1 hour. Deposit Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal after I produce a quote document. Full payment via the same means *less* the deposit, after the event, when I produce a final invoice *BUT* before I send the Final Full Res shots.
